Tara Stoltzfus of Quality Cleaning Company has been a great asset over the years.  She is always courteous and prompt to respond when I need to contact her.  Over the years, our firm has made some challenging demands of her and the clean team and we have always been satisfied with the results.  I look forward to many more years with her managing the team assigned to our offices.

Thank-you for affording me the opportunity to speak on behalf of Jason Kiggen – owner of Quality Cleaning Company. I have been associated with “Jay” since 2009. We first met when Millbury Savings Bank contracted with Quality Cleaning to assume cleaning responsibilities for our two bank locations. Being SVP of HR & Retail Adm. at the time, I often interacted with Jason to ensure all our cleaning needs and expectations were being met. I always found Jay and his crew to be accommodating, professional and attentive to detail. It was evident from the onset they took pride in their work and aimed to please.

Millbury Savings Bank became bankHometown in October, 2019. Quality Cleaning remained onboard and continues to provide top notch service for two of our bank locations. On a personal note, Jay is a good man with high standards. He is honest and compassionate. He is a tribute to his profession.

A great partner if you want to forget about cleaning ! Jason and crew have been cleaning our buildings for over 10 years and are GREAT! We have the same pleasant, hard working cleaners for years. We have office and banking space and are happy to go directly to Jason for anything. Windows, cleaning, snow plowing all handled without management needed.

Quality Cleaning has made a true difference in our operation. We are in transportation, it’s dirty. Their crews have our facilities as clean as possible every day ! They take immense pride in their work and the communication goes beyond cleaning. I’m thankful they are handling several of our properties.

I would like to express what a pleasure it has been working with Tara, with Quality Cleaning. I’ve been working with Tara for a few years now and she has always been pleasant and prompt with any of the requests or issues that have come up. Anything from Covid sanitation to emergency cleanup. We have an open line of communication which makes my job easier. She also handles our bi-yearly window cleaning for my corporate buildings. Her staff is great especially with any emergency cleaning issues and daily sanitation. They always have the equipment and supplies they need to get the job done.
